Bob is my nick-name and has been since birth. Don’t ask me to go into the ‘why’! And to all my younger cousins and even nieces and nephews, I have always been Bob Bhai.

Writing is my passion and this blog has been created to share my thoughts and experiences (with whoever is interested in these!) on 5 subjects of great interest to me – Life, Pakistan, People, Travel and Wildlife. I hope my writings will provide readers’ pleasure, information and food for thought. I have been told that I need to be on Twitter too, but somehow I cannot bring myself to adopt this medium, because on the one hand I feel precious little can be communicated in 140 characters, and on the other hand, I feel being on Twitter too will just take up too much of quality time, which I would rather spend on … reading and writing for instance!
